If Manny thinks the offer is "not suitable" to his liking, then nobody has the right to criticized him coz thats his prerogative as a Star boxer. Although, it should be a great fight if it pushes through the fight with Hatton... but, we all have to realize that they are the one's who's fighting, not us! So thats their decision to make, not ours.

No regret for Manny if the fight will be called off by the Hatton camp. Manny is a future Hall of Famer whereas Hatton does not have that credibility yet and that's the reason why he wanted to fight the best to gain a part of the boxing history. All of us wanted to be the best we could be and Manny has done that and there is nothing more to prove. About greed, Manny has earned enough to secure his financial future and that of his family at a very comfortable level. He attained through hard work and prayer. He has been respected in the ring but not at the negotiating table. I would say that he has been exploited and screwed so many times that in most of his fights there had been controversies due to the fact that his promoter took for granted Manny's worth as a fighter and what exactly was fairly due to him. He is a crowd pleaser as a boxer and for this reason, we all love to watch him more than we want to watch Hatton imo in US. Many became a fan of Manny because of his boxing style as a fighter. We expect an explosive fight whenever Manny fights and that is what we, as fans, love to pay and watch. Not to mention the fights he had in the past three years. Maybe Britons would see it differently and would give a different perception. Both fighters have their own bailwick and that's their homeland where both are adored as good boxers. But in the United States, Manny would be highly regarded than Hatton. Let's be fair and give what is due to him. It is only fair that he gets a higher percentage than Hatton. He paid his dues and he deserves his lion share of the revenue. Hatton should just be patient and in due time he would also command his price. He has to compromise this time to have the opportunity of fighting the best and if this cannot be done at all then the promoters should dole out from their expected earnings and make up that guaranteed purse that Manny is asking. You have already screwed him several times and not again would Manny let you screw him again... Stay firm Manny and hold on to your price. Its about time that you have to stand afoot to what you believe in and don't let them screw you over and over again. Who cares about the money now that you have plentiful.. screw them.. I am a boxing fan and would love to watch Manny fights but if he will be exploited again.. so be it.. I won't take it against Manny. He does not need this fight anyway.. and it is only the fans and the greedy promoters need this fight to go through..Comment
