I'm no longer a Calzaghe fan but in fairness, a win over B-hop even now is no easy feat. That's not to mention that he did beat the 2 best rated challengers in Lacy and Kessler, even though he did step up uber-late.

Joe is most certainly an elite fighter, no matter how sick he makes me these days.

B-Hop is still good yes, but he is way way passed it.

Not to mention many had Hopkins winning. The fight was basically a draw.

Many don't rate Kessler, since he has had no real wins.

His best win is probably Lacy, and last we heard of Lacy was that he was schooled by Taylor.

Calzaghe has never gone Prime v Prime with an Elite fighter. He is a B Class fighter maximum
