The only person you can accuse Floyd of ducking is Margarito

At 130 he fought his nearest challenger in Corrales

He could have moved up and fought a weak title holder at LW , instead he fought Castillo, when it was a tight fight many thought he lost, he took an immediate rematch

He moved up to 140 and after the bruselles fight, offered Tszyu a fight after Gatti, Tszyu lost so he offered Hatton a fight, who refused him.. TWICE

He then moved up to WW, and wanted fights with Mosley and DLH, Mosley backed out, I doubt Mosley ducked Floyd but it showed intention to fight the best from Floyd

A Cotto fight was never offered, YOU CAN'T DUCK SOMEONE IF YOU HAV'NT BEEN OFFERED THE FIGHT

Some of you guys really exaggerate this Ducking **** with all fighters, It takes TWO TO NEGOTIATE, START LOOKING AT ROYS, JOES, AND FLOYDS SO CALLED DUCKED OPPONENTS AND WONDER IF THEY COULD HAVE DUCKED THEM

i can ACTUALLY show you proof of how Bernard hopkins offered roy a 50/50 fight... and then after he sent the contract, the contract said after GBP TAKES 25%.. THEN roy and Bernard will split the rest... HARDLY 50/50.

KNOW YOUR ****, before you talk it.
Roy actually agreed to a 50/50 split? I remember the "60/40 i'll whoop yo ass" vid, where Roy refused to go 50/50 on a rematch.

I'm gona give you rep points. Brilliant post.

That might be so, but the problem i have with it is, Floyd had an open ppv date fastly approaching with no opponent. Marg was the only one publically calling him out, and Floyd decided to gamble on Baldomir beating Gatti. I created a thread about this a while back, and even you agreed with me.

yes he did... last january... bernard went on btalk.com and openly said he would be LOVE to fight roy... and would treat him "like the legend he is" ACTUAL words he said.. and said he would fight him 50/50...

roy quickly responded and was very excited and said that 50/50 would be great and told g leon to have bernard send the contract... well they sent it, and roy immediately called btalk.com pissed off... and said the contract said.. after GBP takes 25%... then roy and bernard split it 50/50...

Who was really trying to make the fight?

And those are actual archived, phone logs on btalk.com

Oh yeah, RJJ did'nt duck a hopkins rematch, they couldnt get the money issue sorted. You obviously havnt got a clue what your talking about. And its actually Calzaghe thats ducking a Hopkins rematch.

And if Calzaghe wanted a RJJ fight so bad all those years ago, he should have flown across the atlantic earlier. You really hav'nt got a clue.

And now im just waiting for FW to be blamed for the fight not happening earlier... . Excuses, Excuses

Of course Mayweather has a worse resume.

well i was responding to that post that said the ONLYYYYYY fighter floyd ducked was margarito... and my point was margerito wasnt even really the best at the weight, when floyd was fighting... so margarito was HARDLYYY "the only fighter" there was to duck....
