Definately Jones... but Calzaghe is a close second. But rather than criticize the, I applaud them. There is something very admirable and "old school" about winning a championship and defending it. People get blamed for avoiding top competition, when to me, it appears that they wanted to win a title and keep that title... OWN that title. Thats what Jones and Joe both did. They didn't duck people... they defended THEIR titles. Bernard Hopkins could easily, and IS, criticized for the same thing.

Floyd won a title, maybe defended it a couple of times... then vacated it to move up in weight or fight someone lucrative. But his resume does contain more diamonds than coal. The same can't be said of Jones and Joe.

calzaghe fought all his mandatories in his prime, looked to unify with the protected germans and fought the young up and coming fighters who many people thought he would move up to avoid in lacy and kessler.

mayweather just moved up a division and cherry picked when there was someone there to challenge him.
