I'm a big fan of Dawson but I would favour Calzaghe by a fairly competitive UD. I just don't think Chad would like Joe's workrate very much.

Calzaghe UD 12

IMO Calzaghe would win by Unanimous Decison.
Calzaghe is a more superior fighter than anyone that Dawson has faced thus far in his career.
I see this one being a cagey showing by both fighters in the early rounds only to heat up around from the 4th Round onward.
From round 3 Calzaghe will have have figured out Dawson and start to assert himself slowly taking full control of the fight.
Calzaghe's Superior speed,angles and in and out movement would be too much for Bad Chad to handle.
