Lol Benny. Floyd wants it at 147. Didn't you read Hatton trainer said before the Floyd fight, We gave up all the advantage, venue, purse and the weight.

I didn't gave Floyd much credit though because Collazo handled him before Floyd did.

Why would they give Mayweather advanatge. Because they don't want to risk 140 status

        that explains a lot.

and that is the TRUTH. He wanted SSM/ DLH...SSM knew if Floyd would have beaten him...It would have been Floyd against a prime DLH at 147 and not Shane. The only fighter Floyd

Well I don't know if I can say ducked but didn't show interest when he should of was Joel Casamayor

casamayor was at 130 and had just come on the scene when floyd was emerging at 135, so no, that fight was never going to come off.

But why did you tip Hatton to win. After seeing the Collazo fight and now give Mayweather no credit

so then how much credit would you give pacman after hopkins, mosley, sturm, tito and floyd already handled oscar?

hattons trainer gave up all of that because they ducked floyd at 140, that was their own fault. hatton used to throughly admit to not being ready for floyd, this is hilarious listening to you whine for a guy who he himself admitted he had no intention of fighting him during that time period.

After a fight can't remember which...Larry Merchant asked him why didn't he face Casamayor. Mayweather said "Casamayor don't want to fight me" Larry Merchant said "You know that isn't true, your just lookin for money" He said something of that sort. Mayweather just smiled as if he knew Merchant was right

look i'm fine with floyd picking hatton and oscar over cotto and marg. financially we would all do the same thing. cotto and marg if given the opportunity would also.

i hate floyd but i'm not one of the bigger floydhaters on this site.

my problem with this thread is the threadstarter saying ducking cotto and marg should apply to pacquiao. that's just not the case.

pacquiao fighting at 147 for oscar is the equivalent of floyd fighting oscar at 154. did floyd stay at 154 after the oscar fight? then he's holding pacquiao to a HIGHER standard NOT applying the same.
