you guys need to defend your boy better. you keep giving excuses for him but you guys don't use all the same one.

it's like when you ask your ***** where she has been all night.

if the ***** is giving 3-4 reasons of where she was......you know something shady is up. lol
First of all Mayweather moved to 147 for the Oscar fight. But Oscar said make it at 154. Mayweather was going to fight Hatton at 140 but Hatton resfused twice and asked it to be at 147. He did not want to risk his status at 140 smart move

        there's no double standards.

name all the years and fights pac was in the same division as cotto and marg.

1 fight and that was 3 weeks ago? lol

and floyd stans want to justify that as an excuse? well floyd might not have fought cotto and marg but pac isn't fighting him either. lmao

it's pathetic. just say hatton and delahoya was bigger money. that's a more reasonable excuse.

if you want to say it was the business of boxing then that's fine.

threadstarter wants to call fans of pacquiao hypocrites for not fighting cotto and marg after ONE fight at 147?

fact is he was in marg's division for 2-3 years. he was in cotto's division for a year or so.

if he didn't fight them because it was not good boxing business at the time then stick with that.

don't call out other fighter's fans just because they like their man more than yours.

there is no justification for floyd not fighting those guys, honestly the only reason those two even have a chance against him is size, thats it, seriously. It comes down to floyd needing to fight guys 3x his size just to have a challange, as to why he didint step up to that, i dont know, only he knows, there are many reasons i could use to justify the answers, but i wont, because in reality it doesnt matter, he didint fight them, there is no justification, only he knows the answer.

alot of it came down to the fact that floyd only moved up for money, he wanted to fight judah and oscar. When he couldnt get hatton at 140, he had to move up for a legit fight, judah and oscar were those fights, unfortunately for him, welter exploded and i dont think he ever had any intention of doing anything more than what i mentioned, im dead serious.

as far as calling out other fighters fans i do think tito has a minor point, that if its fair to say, as some have been doing, that pac is better than floyd and he beat DLH because hes the better fighter, then its fair to say he should get in the ring with other fighters in that division. is that far fetched?

don't try to compare pac and floyd as a reason to say why floyd didn't fight cotto and marg.

floyd and pac's career up until he fought delahoya has no connection.

Go back down...for what? Cotto/ Hatton didn't want none with Mayweather at 140...so Floyd stuck to his goal of going after DLH which meant money and then Hatton which also meant money. By the way, Floyd's goal was DLH since he was a LW

You don;t think he want it at 147, Man if he had lost at 140. He would be left with nothing. That is why he said after Paulie fight I am the best at 140.

hatton never had any intention of facing floyd at 140, i dont know if its to keep his status in the division, that i dont know, but when floyd was begging for that fight in 04/05, hatton and his team wanted nothing to do with it, twice.

tito's point is not valid. it's as valid as a hopkins fan and a floyd fan arguing about whose fighter was better and the hopkins fan saying floyd should fight pavlik.

pac is better than floyd through resume. i for one don't think pac is better skilled. i for one don't think pac can beat floyd head to head.

but as far as resume goes......pac is the greater fighter.
