I've been saying it for a while. There is a difference between "Excuses" and "Reasons."

Floyd even listed those reasons in INK.

So when you watch Floyd fight Diego Corrales and then Hatton; you see the same fighter?
And then when you listened to his comments right before the Hatton fight about his changing mentally because of his kids; that's the same guy?

You have to be Mentally and Physically at your best to be at your Best/Prime.

Floyd Retired; that says something of his state of Mind and even Physical state.

Why was he wearing "Winning" Gloves for so long and why did Oscar want him to wear "Reyes"?

Why was Floyd seeing a Doctor/specialist? Just for the hell of it?

Floyd fights like 36+ year old Hopkins and LH, 32+ Roy Jones now. His style has changed.

Could he get it back? Maybe...you would have to ask Floyd and then see if he can do it.

Castillo only gave Floyd "huge" problems in the first fight; same fight Floyd had a torn shoulder. Floyd won the second fight.

It's like saying, If Manny can be KTFO twice and lose to a past prime Morales; Floyd will make easier work of him.

Two year layoff: In how many sports can a top elite pro come back against another elite pro and win after two years of layoff without tune-ups?

Sugar Ray Leonard even had problems after he laid off for two years; which is why he was depressed and retired.

What was it that Freddie and Floyd Sr. agreed with Oscar? Something about being inactive and a "part-time" fighter.

    Inactivity kills; bottom line.

the biggest money fight for pac and one that might get him 6-8 million guanteed is the floyd fight. ppvs would avg over 1.5 millioon for a fight like this, gate would be probably surpass hoya vs mayweather.

all the money is with a floyd fight and freddy realizes this.

I wouldn't pay to see many beat hatton or lose to hatton (which is a real possibility) [I] would pay to see floyd vs manny for p4p supremacy
You're wrong. The average fight fan here knows him pretty much now he beat Oscar. They have known him for weeks since Hatton has been chanting his name a lot recently, believe me. The fight would be huge here.

I think the only way Floyd loses is by decision and based on work rate. Paq will outwork him, but when he is working, Floyd is going to counter, pot shot, land clean punches, and hold. I don't see Paq winning that fight. Personally, I hope Hatton gets him first. I know it isn't two P4P fighters, but stylistically it is a much more exciting fight.

good points, those are legit..I guess we won't see a prime vs prime fight after all. Ether way..good fight - at least he's not past it, I have Pacquiao winning by KO at this stage. Pacquiao getting knocked out at 16 isn't legit though, he was a kid and was sloppy as all get out. Losing to Morales he was green and only threw one punch. He is clearly in his Prime now. When Mayweather had problems with Castillo he was arguably Prime.

Manny's eyes are gonna be swollen shut by the end of the fight.
He's also gonna have blood coming from his ears and **** streaming down his leg.

Mayweather is gonna be hated by the Pinoy boxing world forever.

Mayweather doesn't have the balls in fighting Paquiao at this point... There will be a million reasons of excuses we will hear after Pacman beat Hatton...

They are not flaws if you get away with them! How the **** did Pacman become p4p king? By robbing Juan Manuel again after avoiding him for four years? And how the **** did Joe Calslappy become number two? By sturggling V Old Jones and looking **** and a controversial decision V Popkins? LOL. Maybe the two robbery victims should be 1 an 2. Discuss.

floyd backed out from the dela hoya rematch for a reason, so don't be surprise
                      if manny busted up floyd.
