Yeah, thanks for posting as well.

I have to agree with you about Rob Garcia, he's always talking about eating this and that so it will make Oscar stronger, explosive etc, but I think it's all load of ****. He's been Oscar's conditioning coach for a while and has never ever produced results, it's more the complete opposite.

I think Oscar buys into all that crap that Rob Garcia sell him.

          Thanks for posting this up.

At least Freddie is honest with the situation: Oscar was a dead Man by fight time.

Funny though: he admits that but rips on Floyd for winning a split-decision against a "healthy" Oscar. Trying to sell a fight are we by hitting the Ego of Floyd
          Wonder if it will work.

Anyway: So everybody heard Roach say Manny can fight at 147 because that's what Manny's weight was for JMM? So, no excuses: If Floyd comes back, make the fight at 147.

I think he is right to go after Floyd now rather than Hatton. Hatton's been knocked out by Floyd and Floyd right now, like I said many times before, is not the fighter he once was...no telling what he will be like by next year. And, nobody will care. If Manny beats Floyd, they won't look at where Floyd was Mentally and Physically; just that he beat the Pretty Boy. Floyd has to many enemies for people to care.

            nope.

            140 or nothing.

if floyd can't make 140 then fuck it.

            pac has options.

Then **** it; it will be on Manny for not making the fight...not Floyd's; that is, if Floyd does offer to come back.

Remember the points: Manny was at 147 for a 135 pound fight. Roach said Oscar killed himself to make weight. He also said Manny felt comfortable fighting at 147 and fighters should feel comfortable at the weight they fight at. So, if he wants Floyd to come down, despite Manny's last fight being at 147; it shows who is scared to fight a healthy fighter.

Floyd fights at 149 by fight time; Manny, 147+; not sure what Manny weighed by Fight-time for Oscar...although I think it was 149??

So, fights at 147. No need to dehydrate.

There is no greater option than fighting Floyd.

Floyd would be the biggest Legacy fight to date.

And why not get Floyd right now; he isn't as good as he once was. Take the fight.

if manny fights at 147 in the ring and floyd fights at 149 in the ring......what's the problem with fighting at 140?

floyd has an advantage at 147 whereas manny has little to no advantage at 140.

everyone who weighs in at 140 weighs around 147-154 in the ring anyway come fight time.

manny doesn't need floyd for his legacy.

it's arguable floyd does. 'cause we know he's not fighting williams , cotto or margarito at 147.

in fact it hurts floyd's legacy to fight manny at 147.

he can always say he's not a 147 fighter so no point in fighting those 147 guys.

if he doesn't fight marg , cotto , williams at 147 for titles? what does it say if he wants to fight a natural featherweight at 147 instead of 140?

Yeah, it's like Mayweather Sr. said, Garcia was doing all kinds of stuff to him that didn't help him in the ring at all.

As Roach said in the interview, he'll do everything he can to gain and advantage for his fighter and if that's making the fight at 140, so be it, although I agree, I think Pacquiao can fight Mayweather at 147 and not lose too much effectiveness.

he really thinks manny has an advantage over floyd at 140 that's why.

                      i don't see how.

like he says...... floyd only comes in the ring at 149.

9 pounds is nothing. i've seen high school wrestlers put on 20-30 lbs.
