DWiens People tend to discredit me because I overkill with stats and facts when I talk about Floyd and his opponents. And to be truthful I only do it
because I am holding some of these posters to the same standard that
they themselves hold other fighters too.
So when I see Margarito Recent Moved By ducking- Mosley for 2 Million
- Williams for 4 Million
When His highest Payday ever is 1.5 Million, and when he has nothing on the table to fall back on. I Think it IS ******.
Because this is the same thing Winky Wright did after he beat Mosely....
He overprice himself, and in effect mess up his career...
Remember after the Moselyt fight, who Called Winky Wright Out?
No other than Floyd Mayweather himself....
and the only reason the fight didnt happen was because winky wanted a 50/50 split.
Looking back on that decision, Winky have to be kicking himself in the head everyday because Mayweather went on to be recognized as the best of his generation and now it is almost impossible to get a fight with him unless you bring alot to the table.
Now look at a fighter Like Williams who offer Margarito 4 Million dollars to fight.
Williams is probably going to be the next big thing p4p king in boxing. After he cleans up 154 and has a mandate to be reconize as the p4p number fighter in the sport based on his body of work. Margarito is missing the boat because he is overpricing himself just like winky did. BECAUSE HE IS NOT TAKING THE FIGHTS TO VALIDATE HIIMSELF LIKE ALL GREAT FIGHTERS HAVE TO DO.Comment

you, know, you're a funny ass dude.
hate? i could give two **** what he does.
I'm calling it like it is.
he's a pro fighter.
not a ****ing tv star.
he belongs in the ring.
I'm not gonna argue with you.
the facts should be obvious.
but your a fan boy.
so what should i expect?
Because Floyd Mayweather is a fighter
He has no right to do anything besides fight
Yeah your a haterComment

So do you think the Baldomir fight was a good career moved for Mayweather.?
After this thread we need to make a thread really disecting Margarito...
People think If Mayweather would have fought and beat Margarito, He would have gotten credit for that win..!!!
I happen to think the opposite, I think people would have said well Margarito lhas 5 loses so Mayweather was suppose to win.. IF YOU NEED PROOF.
- How much credit did Williams get for beating Margarito????
- What happen to Paul Williams after he beat Margarito...???
- Did he even get in the top 10 p4p..??
And this right after Margarito beat a 30-1 Joshua Clottey and undefeated Kermit Cintron for the first time.....
(A PRIME Margarito)... when he had (the most feared man in the world tag)
I GIVE A DETAILED RESPONSE TO THIS TOPIC ON ANOTHER THREAD
MONTHS AGO ABOUT COTTO BEATING MARGARITO..
So I happen to think Mayweather picking Baldomir the Lineal Champion over Margarito was a great moved. Because that win got Mayweather the lineal title and place him at the top of the division which would have not happen if he fought margarito at that time..!!Comment

Jab do you remember the conversation we had about you saying floyd was a natural Welter Weight...??
I've already answered this question and you ignored it when I made the DLH comparison.
Was Mayweather ever a big puncher? No. Is he roughly the same height as most other WW's (Zab, Clottey, Berto, Cotto)? Yes. Has he lost a significant amount of hand and or foot speed? No. Is he still ripped and in peak physical condition? Yes. When he did fight a decent welter (judah) did he not show more than enough ability to compete at that weight? Yes he did. Add these things up and you can come to the easy conclussion that he is now a natural welter. And to top it all off, he choose to fight there so any argument about him not being a natural 147 is null and void. I've never expected him to fight every top fighter at that weight, but I don't think its unreasonable to ask for him to make some of those fights and prove his worth at that weight. He has not done that. That isn't hate, its fact.
Do you remenber this?
Mayweather NEVER GAVE A (****) about the WW divison. BUT the WW division needed him 2 - Boxing ForumTalk about anything boxing related here. Where the boxing discussion is always Non Stop!
And I tryed to have a real discussion with you about being a natural WW
compared to the other WW's...?
That conversation right there you proved to me, that you had no rational thoughts, or no Logical answers...You flame the discussion out...
and made yourself look foolish... And you resort to name calling...
All you have to do is go to the answer I copied and pasted in this post.
What name calling?: I called you a liar. I show irrefutable proof of that in this thread alone.
HERE MY PROOF:

Sorry son, Im not in that thread.
So being the smart person that I am, I am not going to get into another flame war with you, unless you can come with real historial facts and logical and rational arguments...Comment

No, you being the smart person that you are realize you can't slide all that bull**** and twisting of the facts by me and not get called on it. You want historical facts? floyd was great at 130. He was excellent at 135 the second time against Castillo, but besides that (no real fault of his own) didn't really fight anyone there. At 140 he never made a big fight and fought second teir guys (also not entirely his fault) and at 147 he he fought the weakest link for a title, a front runner and then decided he'd rather make money fights than take on the best at that weight. So tell me, what have I said that isn't factual?Comment
