I'll admit i though pav would ko hopkins, simply cause i believed a couple of notions many believed as well. i thought hopkins didn't have the legs to do what he did anymore,as he showed vs winky, and cal. i thought he lost a step.
i thought he was old, and over the hill. i was wrong.but there is something we must understand, chad dawson is not pavlik either.he's chad dawson.
athletic fighters don't beat a prime hopkins. rjj got bhop when he was green. taylor and calz got an old bhop.

its not wise to pick against bhop period.

Who was last fighter similar to Dawson that Hopkins has defeated. And I can't see Dawson losing by decision if Taylor can get 2 decisions over him.
I think you misunderstood me, I do think Dawson can beat Hopkins, He could win by outworking Hopkins to a narrow decision But the threadstarter title was Hopkins cannot beat Dawson which is completely ******, Hopkins has a great chance against anyone at 175.

I would certainly pick Chad to get a decision over BHop at this stage.

if johnson gave dawson all he could handle, hopkins would close him out.........

bernard hopkins was 22-1-0 and was 28 years old and the 1 ranked IBF conterder.

roy jones was 21-0-0 roy was 24 years old.jones was ranked number 2 by the IBF.

this hole idea that hopkins was green is a fanboys bull**** ass excuse.

if anybody was green it was jones.

either was the best fighter the other would have faced.

johnson And Hopkins Are Different Fighters.
What Is So Difficult To Understand About That?
The Only Thing They Have In Common Is That They're Both Old And Black.

We all know Hopkins cant beat Dawson he couldn't even beat Taylor. Even Calzaghe would have major problems beating Dawson now.

To be fair both fighters were green.

thats because Roach taught him to be a one punch donkey.
