Tito was a welterweight, not a middleweight. I don't give a **** if he KO'd William Joppy, cos the guy is hardly an ATG now is he?

Hopkins beat Tarver, which nobody thought he could do.

He then beat Pavlik more recently, which nobody thought he could do.

They are, by far, his two biggest wins, meaning that he was at his best at this time.

If that doesn't agree with your nonsensical opinion then I'm sorry, but you always were an idiot and a **** poster anyway, I don't know why I expected anything to have changed.
NO Tito was a boiled down LMW struggling to make WW,a guy who demolished Joppy a natural MW

the reason they thought he would not beat Tarver is not because Tarver was a better fighter it was due to Hopkins age

he beat Pavlik cause he did not have to work at a hard pace if he had not had to work at a hard pace against Calzaghe he would of beaten him too

Hopkins biggest wins dont go hand in hand with him in his prime IMO because Trinidad was a peak Hopkins a guy that could not be outworked cause he still had good stamina then

You still cant change the fact that Tito was the favorite in the fight and many people picked Tito to beat Hopkins...Who gives if a fuck if he was welterweight or not...He filled out into the Middleweight division just fine...Its only became a problem when Hopkins beat Tito's ass people want to ***** about him being a WW!

Him KO'ing Joppy is something given that Hopkins couldnt even do it... so stop acting like Hopkins win over Tito was not any good...Most consider Hopkins win over Tito his best win. (whick I agree with)

i hear Ricky say Hopkins was not as slick in his prime,a question for you then Ricky when have you seen Hopkins take a solid shot post Mercado 1,2 ?thats right you dont have an answer cause he does not take solid shots and never really has post Mercado 1,2 where he changed his style and become more patient defensive etc,by contrast Calzaghe has been hit solidly by Eubank,Reid,Jones,Hopkins,Kessler,Mitchell and guess what mostly by the right hand and whats Hopkins best punch ?the right hand and even more so against Southpaws all the Southpaws he has fought he landed his right hands over and over again

Hopkins was also an underrated puncher to especially with that laser like right hand and left hooks to the body he is also very good inside and very dirty but the thing is he frustrates oponents with that dirty infighting and he gets them outta their game plan its not always pretty IE Keith Holmes but its effective

Hopkins is to smart for the wide open Calzaghe and a Hopkins that can work at the pace Nard used to be able to would beat Calzaghe by UD imo
Stop making ****** posts for the sake of it.
Hopkins WOULD OF done this, Hopkins WOULD OF done that.
Jones WOULD OF done this, Jones WOULD OF done that.

Basically this is the deal. You don't like what actually happened, so you are using your imagination for what you would of LIKED to happen.

Atleast you gave your reasons unlike most.

I also believe the Hopkins who fought Trinidad would beat Calzaghe. It would've been a great fight as well.

                  this is very true

but i have to use my imagination cause you Calzaghe hid out in Wales and fought bums untill Jones,Hopkins got old and he could capatalise on their lack of stamina due to their age

43yr old Hopkins could beat Calzaghe. It just depends on the night. Calzaghe would win 7 out of 10 but Bernard could beat him.

Bernard didnt fight like that in his prime. Maybe thats why his best wins are all after he hit 40yo.
