I don't even know what that means. The problem is people were using Joe's numbers as "proof" of victory despite the fact they were highly exaggerated due to his pitty-pat combinations. Even Joe believes that he landed more punches on Hopkins than anyone based on compobux which is questionable.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - if anyone is up to challenging their view on Calzaghe winning convincingly than watch the exchanges in slow-motion and you may be suprised with just how little Calzaghe landed while Hopkins on the other hand landed almost all of the significant punches.

      It goes both ways though.

A lot of people on here scored the fight for Hopkins by one point, or for Calzaghe by one point. Then they came on here and spent ages arguing as if it was obvious that their guy won, even though some of the rounds were hard to score.

Itz the "Clear win for Calzaghe" that getz annoying.

While Calzaghe didn't land as accurate
I while admit B-Hop activity during the end ******.

Froch hasn't had luck with finding world class opponents but it seems like he will get to prove his worth now against Pascal for the WBC title and possibly Jermain Taylor (who is fighting in a WBC title eliminator against Lacy).

No, its when people use z instead of an s that gets annoying.

Carl Froch is starting to wear me down. I used to hate this guy and the more i hear what he writes and what he says, the more I find myself agreeing with him. First off, he's a very smart guy. He speaks well and puts a good spin on things. If this was just to lure Joe into a fight, he would have mentioned something to that effect, but he did'nt. I thought the decision should have went to Calzaghe , but def. do not take anything away from Bernards performance, because it was certainly very good at his age.

I'm here hoping that Mr. Froch is much more than his one dimentional style suggests and that he can give Paschal a run for his money in his title shot.
I have a hard seeing him beating the elite, such as Calzaghe though.

Don't be fooled; of course this is to lure Joe into a fight. His promoter, Mick Hennessy, has offered Calzaghe £5 million for a fight: http://www.express.co.uk/othersport/...Calzaghe-clash

Carl wants a payday. Cant really blame him. Think he should forget about Calzaghe and try to get Kessler or Taylor in the ring. Bute is also there for the taking

I agree he's reaching for the stars a bit, and while I don't necessarily like to hear him shoot off at the mouth at other fighters on a weekly basis (usually Calzaghe), I'd estimate that anything he does that gets him a shot at a Calzaghe fight is the right move for him.

In all liklihood such an opportunity will never come to fruition, but if it does, I'll have no choice but to commend him for his efforts.
