Watch Closely and you will see cottos head snap back while Margaritos hands where low.Thats when the headbutt occured. And about people making excuse, and discrediting margo, well Not me. I understand that he won clearly, and if a guy can make a weight, well , he deserve to fight in that division. But most people make it sound like it was a total blow out, wich it was far from it. Cotto won the first 6 or 7 rounds. And even in the rounds that margo was beating Cotto up, Cotto still was outlanding him. The only thing I said it was A BIG Factor, matter of facts the biggest factor of the fight was Cottos broken nose. He was gas out by the 4th round. Like I said watch Vazquez quitting against Marquez in their first fight because of Vazquez broken nose, and he still went and won the rematch and the 3rd fight. I dont say thats how is going to play out with Cotto-Margarito, but, Most likely it could happend.

no i do believe he has issues with taller fighters but in my opinion (not completely but for the most part) 154 really lacks talent right now so even with the issues with taller fighters i can see him winning some fights...even a ABC title...

maybe not clear it out right away but given time and further training (against such taller fighterS) and he can do it.

the problem for cotto (regarding margarito) isnt just that margarito is too tall...its that margarito has an iron chin...endless stamina and endurance...and has an output of 1200+ punches a fight...those are cotto's issues with margarito...

a 5'11 judah would have still been knocked out...

he does have issues with taller fighters...the difference with margarito is that margarito is an issue for almost any fighter...even someone with the staus of floyd would struggle with margarito...

its not that margarito is a great boxer or extremely technically sound...its how relentless he is and the fact you cant hurt him or tire him out...thats where most fighters stuggle with him...even williams struggled towards the end in their fight...

Cotto's head didn't snap back man. It wasn't a total blowout, Cotto won most of the early rounds. As for the bolded part, I hate for you to be a judge, especially when its a PR boxer fighting. Cotto lost the 2nd round ESPECIALLY the 7th. Alot of people seem to forget that body shots count too. As for the broken nose, from what I remember reading, they only treated Cotto for cuts at the hospital after the fight, not a broken nose.
