Flawless, why do you always jump in threads looking for an argument, then - when you have no further debate left - always log out without backing up your point?

I'm gonna lock you out of my threads, man, you potshot in threads like Hopkins.

so since duran can no longer make 135 and he beat iran barkley does that make him a natural middleweight?

tito is a natural welter. look at his body type for god's sake.

No credit say if Margarito beats Mayweather because he is a natural SFW

Mayweather is retired and wouldn't fight Margarito anyway so the comparison sucks.

you can make that argument. floyd was huge for 130 though so i might say natural 135 or even 140.

floyd really doesn't belong at 147 tbh. that's why he fights smaller welters and stays away from huge welters. oscar was the exception because of the $$$$$.

If Hopkins is not a legend, than there's no way in hell Calzaghe is with his record. How's that?

All I'm saying is, its all how you want to look at it.

If one wanted too, they could say...who did Hagler really beat? Duran started his career at jr. welterweight and Hearns started his at 147. Then they could say ****, an out of retirement welterweight leonard beat him. Then they could say, the other guys he beat were either average or good. So how is Hagler great?

Someone could say Ali beat Frazier when Frazier was past his prime. When Ali faught Frazier at this best he lost. Foreman was one dimensional, of course Ali would beat Foreman. Liston was overated and one dimensional aswell. Floyd Patterson was old. When Ali faught someone with skills he lost to Ken Norton, and barley beat him the next two times. So how is Ali great?

You could say Roy Jones Jr. only beat James Toney, who was weight drained. Hopkins was green. Thats his career. Not Great!

Oscar De La Hoya isn't great. Who did he beat!! Every big fight he was in he lost pretty much. He didn't really beat Whitaker!

See what I'm saying...if you want to say Hopkins isn't great, thats fine. All I'm saying is, understand that the argument can made the other way. Its just how you look at it. If you really analyze anyones career with alot of skepticism, you can pick it apart.

**I don't believe the things I wrote about Ali, Leonard, Hagler, Jones and De La Hoya. They were just examples...**

When did I mention Calzaghe in this thread?

sure. thats one way of looking at it. It also depends on your standards for what is an all time great. I know boxing historian Bert Sugar gave Hopkins the nod, so he must met his standards. However, theres many who have different standards, which is fine.
