Dumb fanboys are annoying, but ignorant haters aren't any better.

People like yourself need to stop getting so upset by the fact that some people have a different opinion to you. Upsets happen all the time in boxing, and a bad style matchup exists for pretty much everybody.

I remember a few month ago, I said that James Toney had not made the most of his talents, and you accussed me of being biased because I picked Calzaghe to beat prime Toney. Except that the thread had nothing to do with Calzaghe, you were the first to bring him up, and I have never at any time said that he would beat Toney.

I guess my point is that it doesn't matter that much if someone picks a prime great fighter to beat a prime ATG fighter, because it's happened before and will happen again. Furthermore, your OTT dislike for Calzaghe means that you're probably too biased to be able to rationally consider all the potential outcomes of any match up.

A lot of the people who vote against a prime Calzaghe do so having only seen his fight with Hopkins, even though Calzaghe wasn't prime at the time. Who cares? A lot of the people on here are ****** and only started watching boxing when they saw de la Hoya-Mayweather 24/7.

It's really not worth getting annoyed about.

I wish people would stop hating on Joe Calzaghe. I know some people consider him to be a bum because he's not from the US and because of the color of his skin, yet he keeps proving he's a good fighter.

I don't know which of those fighters he's defeat and who he wouldn't - he'd probably beat Barkley, but perhaps not defeat Hagler. But I do know he'd at least be competitive with anyone in his weight divisions in any era.

Okay, so I'll agree with you: all European fighters are inferior, and African-Americans are the superior race.

Joe Calzaghe, like all European fighters, is a bum. All famous black fighters from 160 to 175 throughout boxing history would have an easy time against a pathetic boxer like Joe! Every one of them would KO him in the first round.

Oh, and you should have had a "none of the above" as an option in the poll.
