Well let's hope they decide to have him fight Willimas or Mosley....or a rematch with Cotto...those are the three fights I would pay to see...

the cotto fight is almost guaranteed, the mosley fight is a go with toprank if it's a go with shane and GBP(the hbo money excuse is bs) and a williams fight will be the only obvious fight after cotto, shane!!!!

Make the money while you can because there is no guarantee that you will get that chance again.
not for nothing but what in the world do you think he is trying to do?

It's TWO for pay-per-view unless your name is Oscar or Floyd. Period. Mosley fought a big name in his last fight...on regular TV.
Shane made more on regular TV than Margs made against Cotto on PPV. Shane probably made more on that ESPN PPV card than Margs did. lol. Margs career best payday is 1.6 against Pwill; 2nd best 1.3 vs Cotto. Great money for an everyday Joe, but not that much for a WW champion. Before those fights, 750k was his high against Clottey.

if the mosley fight falls through, why night fight the number one ranked contender by the WBC AND the WBA, Luis Collazo?!?

I am sure that is a fight that can be made, but will it bring Margs the money he wants? Pwill offered Collazo the fight in Nov. but he didnt take it. So I am pretty sure that he is looking for a good payday. There is nothing wrong with fighters picking fights that make them money, as long as there is a competitive balance in which the fighter strives to be the best and take on the best competition.

thats actually only partially true. they both turned it down cause hbo didn't offer enough to satisfy either fighters purse demands.
