lol!i dont know enough about previous boxing history to really have a valid opinion. ive only seen select old fights, i wont pretend to act like ive seen enough of those fighters to really have a valid opinion.
however i think in TODAYS boxing world, right now i think probably wladimir klitschko (like him or hate him) has the best offense in the game. he easily has the best jab in boxing, and with a string of thunderous ko's its hard to argue. i personally find wlad to be an exciting fighter but many seem to think he is boring, none the less to deny his offensive talent is pretty ******, regardless what you may call him. ive never seen a fighter more offensively consistent than klitschko.
other cases can be made for pac, and i guess some would make cases that vitalis offense is better than wlads but both of these fighters i have the same excuse for why they arent my top pick: because they get to careless when they go offensive, and it really has nothing to do with defense it has to do with leaving yourself open more, taking bigger risks aka straying away from textbook boxing. wlad on the other hand always keeps his opponents where he wants them, and wins convincingly with super smart textbook fighting. he never lets anyone inside, and he never tries to take unnecessary risks. pac is a brawler, and vitali wont hesitate to **** with you (watch the lewis fight).
id like to see edwin valero really start facing some serious guys that way he can be in the mix of these conversations.
wlads offense consists of a timid one two and then quickly coveringComment
