Without going into the past, without a doubt Pacquiao. He doesn't just beat his opponents, he generally dominates them with power punches. How often is an all out offensive fighter #1 p4p? Not too often. He has brilliant in and out reflexes and punches from every angle possible. Always trying to get in and unload 5 punch combinations. He rarely fights on the backfoot because going forward is his style and bombing while going forward is what has given him such success against legends. He hasn't just beaten legends, he's dominated them like this.

All time, Joe Louis. He was a perfect offensive machine.

This is my choice also. Still yet to see someone throw accurate and fast combinations with the power that he managed to achieve.

I wont even try to say who the 'best' is, but some of my favorite offensive fighters: Joe Lewis, Ron Lyle, George Foreman, Tyson, Roy Jones Jr (at 168). I also think Lennox Lewis doesn't get enough credit for his offense. Oh yeah - can't leave Hagler and Hearns out!

Also - if you've never seen Foreman vs Lyle, and you like watching a good brawl - you owe it to yourself as a boxing fan to make sure you see that fight!

no even , pacquaio's offense is very flawed and very basic

It's more like 50-70 years and I know I'm not a a genius, those guys were great offensive fighters.
