of course but what does that have to do with any of the outlandish prices Gerry is wanting?
you do realize its that and not JuanMa or Mares or Rocha as the reason why Penalosa is sitting on the sidelines right?
you did see the bscene piece where Gerry is wanting more money for each offered right?Comment

It makes literally no sense that a Penalosa gets an even split with Lopez.
Here is why...
Penalosa has had ONE fight at 122. Only one. Officially, in the books, it is a loss. It was a decision loss to Daniel Ponce de Leon.
Lopez has spent his entire career at 122. He is the WBO champion after sparking Daniel Ponce de Leon out in one round (yes, it is not two different guys named Daniel Ponce de Leon, there is a comparative advantage for Lopez on Penalosa's body of work).
So... go ahead and tell me why a non-champion at 122, with a losing record at that weight class deserves a 50/50 split with the WBO champion, who is undefeated no less? Why is it that Lopez should be required to take only half when it is he who has everything to lose in this fight?Comment

you are a much better poster than this shadey.
you are talking as if Pena was dominating Gonzales for the whole fight breaking him down and finally putting him out of his misery by KO'ing him when in reality, Gonzales was putting a clinic on Penalosa who didn't have an answer to Gonzales's skill set until he landed a that body shot.
That was not a performance that you put in the DVD player when you want to show how good Pena is because who ever watches it will say the same thing, "damn, he lucked out." Not like the other fight you mention, Gonzales/Vazquez where Jhonny WAS in the fight putting Vazquez down and effectively boxing him.
You are right in saying that Pena would be the best fighter Juan Ma has ever faced, but lets be realistic here, YOU can't truly think that what Pena is doing is WORTH Lopez's or ANY other fighter with a bigger name's time. His demands are downright ridiculous and only dumb, nuthugging faqqots are actually saying Pena is being reasonable. This is ****ing ridiculous
On a side note, aint it funny how when Marquez was demanding a larger purse for Pacquiao/Marquez II, he was being "ridiculous, unrealistic" and "managing his career poorly", this according to pinoy fans, but somehow Pena is being reasonable?
just another showing from some of the world's most ridiculous fans.Comment

With all your knowledge you think Penalosa isn't crowned and his crown not at stake???? You're dumbass!!! 50% each i think seems fair then if they would agree into rematch then 70-30 will be the fair share..Comment
