Sounds like Penalosa has that Winky syndrome. He is a little guy that is not spectacular tho a good boxer. He should have taken the money and the chance. Some fighters just have to go the hard way to reach stardom. JuanMa is a bigger fish and has better options than to fight a guy moving up in weight. He would be better served fighting Vazquez or Marquez. At least they bring money and fame to the fight.
