    (I just realised that no-one is going to get this. And this may be my finest ever post on the internet.)
    What I want to know is what would Arnold George Dorsey have to say about all of this?

        wow, very unbiased analysis lol. but it should be expected by a poster named WLAD OWNS.

        here is a REALISTIC UNBIASED analysis that will probably be viewed as very biased by yourself cuz it doesn't agree with your warped analysis.

        You say prime ali was kd and hurt against a 'very bad' journeyman? well first, henry cooper was/is one of the best british fighters to ever live. 2nd, that was kind of like a 'lesson learned' type of fight for ali cuz he really didn't take a lot of fighters seriously at that time. in fact, the only fighter he really took seriously in his prime and used his rope a dope style against was liston. the rest, he didn't really give a **** about. oh btw, ali got up and ended up stopping cooper twice in 2 fights after that kd. you can compare that cooper kd to wlad's early troubles which in fact were against relatively lesser fighters. those fighters would be Purrity, Sanders, Brewster. all of which not only kd but stopped wlad. Also to note, Ali took some of the most powerful punches by 2 of the most powerful punchers in boxing history in Foreman and Shavers, and survived. In his prime, Ali would not only beat, but stop wlad with out a doubt. He would just walk through wlad's most powerful shots and stop him mid to late rounds. <--- that is what you call an unbiased analysis.

            [QUOTE=WLAD OWNS;4170269]Ali was a light hitter

            And the Purrity fight is totally irrelevant....it was 11 YEARS AGO

            Wlad was only 21, had never gone past 6 rounds, only weighed 225 lbs....Wlad beat the **** outta Purrity for 10 rounds and completely ran out of gas and collapsed from exhaustion...He never even went down from

            Ali was only 21 when he was knocked down by Cooper. But that didn't stop you from mentioning it, hypocrite.

              [QUOTE=KostyaTszyu44;4170517]that is plain ****ing ******ed

              joe frazier, george foreman, sonny liston...all guys who would demolish wlad, couldnt KO ali....and you think a guy who was put on his ass by sam peter and stopped by a dude named ross purrity could KO ali?????

              thats the equivalent (or maybe worse) of saying arthur abraham could KO sugar ray robinson....oh wait you probably agree with that too, seeing as abraham is a european fighter

              seriously, put any non euro against a euro and 9/10 wou guys will pick the white/ euro guy, your racism and bias disgusts me, as does your lack of boxing knowledge

              Thank you. Those two morons opinions are predictable and absolutely meaningless.

                Let me say this. Wlad doesn't have a glass chin, nor does he have a weak heart. Ali was hurt by Jones, Cooper, Bonavena, and Frazier, all weighing around or under 200 lbs. Ali was never hit by one of Foreman's big shots the chin just as he was never hit by one of Shaver's best shots to the chin. that being said, I say Ali beats him in pretty much the same manner he beat Terrell in. I really don't think he could have stopped Wlad if cuts weren't involved, and I think Wlad would be very hard for Ali to hit cleanly to the head if he were in a defensive mode because of his size. But Ali wins all the same as long as we aren't talking about the Ali that fought Holmes lol

                  Anyway, a prime Ali (1966,1967) frustrates and boxes circles around Wlad to an easy UD, possibly stopping Wlad late as he punches himself out hitting air.
                  Read it properly 'Ali fought some very harder punches and some who punched harder than Wlad' some i didn't say all them. so what i ment was Foreman,Frazier.

                    Wlad had went 6 rounds, before purrity he'd beat Everett Martin ud 8!

                      Honestly I don't think Frazier's hook is as hard as Wlad's if both land perfectly, Joe just lands his from underneath lol
