Rosario fanboy: Chavez had a very biased ref. in his fight with Rosario. The ref. let Chavez get away with all those infighting without once trying to separate them and give Rosario a chance to box. The ref. was a disgrace!

Benitez fanboy: SRL got lucky there. Otherwise Benitez would have won. Benitez only trained fourteen days for that fight. How many rounds do you think SRL would have lasted had Benitez prepared for 3 months???

meh, Ill accept the Benitez one, but the Rosario one aint good enough. they werent even clinching in that fight, I dont think even this forum would would have made a big deal about the ref.

An excuse can't be made for JCC and JLM as to why (Realistically) lost that fight.

JCC vs Taylor had ALOT of excuses

JCC was past his prime and at his fourth weight class.
Randall fights, Chavez would have won the first if he hadnt gotten so many points taken away for low blows.
You could make some legit excuses for Randall losing the 2nd fight.
Chavez-Taylor did have a lot of excuses, for both fighters.

Benitez had weak legs from ****ing Ray's sister (what a scumbag Ray is, pimping out his own sister to win a fight), and overtrained, putting in two weeks of training rather than his traditional 5 days.

Nelson was above his best weight, Palomino had just lost to Benitez and had one foot out the door ready to retire, Moore had 12 pro fights, weight-drained, and was thumbed by dirty Duran. Vasquez wasn't the class of the division, Norris was, and only didn't have a belt because of Santana's acting skills.

To touch on that Moore thing, HBO Real Sports interviewed some mobster and he was claiming that they all put money on Duran and knew before-hand Moore was in poor physical condition and wouldn't win.

Excuses on Barkleys behalf.......... mmmmmm..... I cannot remember the exact circumstances in the lead up to the fight..... How about this: Barkley didn't prepare himself very well. He expected an easy fight with a shot Duran. If Duran had had the guts to do a rematch the result would be reversed for sure.
