Ok, let me clear this up. I guess some of you arent understanding what i was saying. I never said his resume was better than Jones'. Can you please find that and underline it for me? Please find where I said his resume is better. I consider both resumes to be equal. But lke I said that **** really isnt even comparable, two different weight classes

This post is implying that Floyd clearly fought and defeated more big names than Roy Jones. In my view, if you accomplish this "by far" that would constitute having a better resume.

Also, why can't you compare two fighters' resumes who fight in different weight classes? You simply analyse the quality of the fighters they were able to beat and assess them accordingly. If what you say is true, we should limit comparisons on resumes to fighters fighting in the same weight class and the same era.

You forget the body snatcher, Mike McCallum.

Toney and Hopkins alone are better than everyone on Floyds resume combined.

Jones Jr, many accuse him of fighting nobody. But the fact is he defended his title vs many young undefeated prospects. I dont think Floyd did that once at WW.

I think its' unfair to compare the fighters of today to the fighters of yesterday. The fighters of today never get a fair shake in this debate. Scroll up and read some post. Some people are saying Roy's wins over Toney and Hopkins are better than any of Floyd's wins. That's why i say dont compare because that sounds crazy as hell to me. Keep it in the same weight class

it isnt crazy, hes merely saying, floyd didnt fight anyone with the "skillset" that of toney or hopkins...

its not a size debate, is based on fighting skill... bernard and toney were better fighters then any of the fighters floyd beat

I love Roy. But his nutmeg skin is not respectable.

he was darker in the olympics.
