But for anyone who doesn't get it, 170 still equals LHW. It was just a gentlemans agreement between them really, so that Winky wouldn't have to be too fat.

A better example of a catchweight is Pavlik v Taylor 2. 166 is really SMW, but this was two supposed MWs fighting. In this case it was an agreement to go over the weight.
