Pavlik hasnt even proved he's the best Middleweight in the world but he thinks he can call out the Light Heavyweight Champ. He's another Lacy, a young Yank KO artist that everyone is creaming their panties over.

Joe would slap the **** out of him and then he'd become "overrated". Next bandwagon - Chad Dawson.
Joe makes **** up on the fly.

This is the same ******* who said that Pavlik was too green to fight. But then comes out later and says that he offered a fight to Pavlik BEFORE anyone knew him.

Also the same dumbass who said that Jones was old, what would a fight with him Prove. Pavlik is the real deal.

Then chose Jones to fight and said Pavlik was too green.

Hey, he's kind of like you! Full of ****!

I love that you believe anything that guy says. He changes his mind more than politician.

2)Please explain how you think Kessler would beat Jermain Taylor?
a.Taylor beat Hopkins (2) times , easier that Calzaghe didand Joe beat Kess easy.
b.Kessler only beat one or two "decent" fighters.(Mundine&Beyer)
c.Kessler lost when he stepped up when Pavlik flourished.
Nothing you say here really has anything to do with whether Taylor would beat Kessler or not, it is a list of their previous accomplishments which strictly speaking has nothing to do with how the fight would go down. Most who pick Kessler over Taylor do so on the basis of his talent. He's bigger, stronger and faster than Taylor, and a harder hitter. Taylor also has a tendency to gas. Taylor's resume > Kessler's resume, but Kessler's talent > Taylor's talent.

3)A win over Roy Jones does alot for Joe. He gets his best payday + exposure fighting a living legend & getting a chance to claim that he beat the best at or around his weight before he retired. Even now, Jones is very dangerous to a fighter without one punch KO power. I cannot see Joe winning this fight on workrate alone. He is not accurate enough and does not hit hard enough to make Jones go all defensive. Mark my words on this: If Jones is not all defensive in this fight, he will NOT lose. Rjj is way faster, has more power and is several classes more acurate. Doom for Calzaghe.
You massively overstate the difference between Roy and Calzaghe here, you are basically talking about prime Roy, who no longer exists. Even in their respective primes the difference was probably much less than you think. I would not be at all surprised if on the night it turns out Calzaghe is the faster man, and I don't think there is actually that great a difference between their power anymore either, though Roy has the edge. As for punching accuracy, you should know that while Roy is probably better, Calzaghe has always been an exceptionally accurate puncher and I believe you are rating him based almost exclusively on what you saw against Hopkins, who completely spoiled Calzaghe's boxing.

Where did he say Pavlik was "too green". He said he hadnt proved himself. He's right. He's the middleweight champ with 1 defence against Calzaghes little sparring partner.

He offered Pavlik the fight as a tune-up after Lacy.

He said he didnt wanna fight Jones after he'd just been KTFO twice in a row. No one wanted to fight Jones then.......hence the likes of Prince Badji or whatever the dude's name was.

Jones is back in the picture now and will make Calzaghe a pretty penny for his retirement fund.

Learn to read properly before making up fairly tales in your deluded mind.

Calzaghe is just trying to hype up the fight with Pavlik. Dont know why because Roy is going to beat him. If Roy picks up his workrate, this will be a 8th round stoppage. You have to have power to beat Roy, and Joe ain't got it. Question is will Roy fight Pavlik after he KO's Bernard, or will he fight Bad Chad?

Kessler is no way faster than Taylor! no way. his talent is not better either. he may be more disciplined, but talented he is not. taylor has very good natural gifts, and talent for the sport. kessler is very classic, well schooled, sharp, but he is robotic, and not very adaptive if he has to change his game plan. he gets flustered, and was lost after joe started to change up. his power is not that great as many say either, but it may be a little better than taylors. overall i say taylor is a much more all around fighter, but kessler is more disciplined, and schooled. taylor is a better fighter, accomplished much more, and is ahead of kessler at this point.
