A "hook" is thrown with the lead hand. In Tito's case, he fights from a right handed stance and is known for his left hook. One of his favorite combos is the left hook right "cross".

Hooks can be thrown with either hand genius. Although non-lead hooks are typical not advisable.

We're not talking about Fight Night Round Three. From a right handed stance the right hand comes in the form of a cross, overhand or uppercut. Rarely is it thrown as a hook. Hooks are usually thrown with the lead hand. Left if your orthodox, Right if you're a southpaw. Genius.
