I think you missed the entire point of what not turning his hands over means, but its alright.

Also, the REALISTIC perception of roys chin is laughable.. people think if the ref breaks them up, roy will get KOed from the pushback...

If roy gets punched in the face, you can watch him play it off and not even stumble.

We haven't seen him actually compete at those levels, but from what i've seen of his last few years (including Tarver, Johnson, because you have to include those two..you can't pick and choose which fighters to consider on a resume), he doesn't have the gas to go late if he throws any amount at all, he no longer has the will or desire to see dramatic KO wins, and his reflexes/reaction times have slowed just enough to make his heretofore mediocre boxing skills far more important to his game. In the past, it was always his fantastic athletic abilities that did most of the work, and while he's still a great athlete, he's not near what he was.

That, my friend, is why I think Jones is done competing at the highest levels of the sport. Not because I don't like the guy as a fighter, or because I'm a Zaggs nuthugger (I do, and I ain't).

Well thats a respectful post, and makes sense of course, i do hoever disagree with you on the stamina... in his last 3 fights ive seen no fatigue problems at all, and not finishing tito was more of a choice in my opinion, hes chosen to go the distance with fighters since he was 23... reflexes have slowed, but not to he point where he cant even move... hes still blocking and ducking punches...

like we ve both said, were yet to see it against an elite... and we shall have to see
