Chacon and Limon did not pressure and throw combos like pryor did.

They were in slow motion compared to Pryor

I dont see it at least for Casamayor. By the time Casa started becoming a name at 130 (beginning of 2001 when he beat Garcia) Floyd already had his fight with Chico coming so at best there was maybe one year where it could have been feasible before Floyd moved up to face Castillo. By beating Chico, Floyd was regarded as being the best at 130 especially the way he dismantled Chico. Floyds two other fights in 01 were Famoso and Chavez so it's not like he faced tomato cans during that period. In fact, both would go on to be champs after they lost to Floyd.

With Popo I can see a case. He was probably regarded as one of the top Junior Lights at the time he and Floyd held titles at 130 (99-01).

I did not see any statements like that in any of your threads on this issue. Out of them all Arguello is the one he would most likely defeat. Duran is 50/50 to me, Pryor I think Floyd could outbox him but that is far from a sure thing to me Pryor would be the favorite and Ray Robinson would most likely win i just did not think he would wipe his ass with Floyd (based on Floyd's style and overall ability to not get his ass kicked).

Every single one of those fights i would want to see if they fought in the same eras all are interesting for their own reasons.

But he is a ****ing chicken who hand picks his fights..and that is not GREAT

you want to talk about VOODOO? The Mayweathers are masters at that.. ALL TIME GREATS at manipulating the masses..

name one guy at 130 who he fought that is considered a top 50... and you will make your point.. Corrales is very overrated.. and wont make any top 100 list never mind top 50..

Mayweather will always be rememberd for the fights that didnt happen..

              ATG ducker? yes Sir!!
Name one fighter at 130 from who was there from 96-02 that was a top 50 fighter? Infact, name a fighter right now other than oscar who would be considered a top 50 fighter right now, considering you have been "watching boxing for 30 years" you sure dont pay attention, you are retroactively judging under todays circumstances as opposed to when mayweather opened up as a underdog against a man who went on to fight in arguably the greatest fight ever, against one of the best fighters at 135 whom floyd beat. I can take constructive criticism about what happened at 147, even maybe 140 (a division still a mess to this day) but 130? No. He cleaned that place out.

the thing is, if you see that ricky fight in the first round, ricky was pressing him hard, ray was never the type to try to box a smaller man, and floyd at these heavier weights hasn't been that active in the ring.you could alomst count the right hands he lands on ricky.

at 135, duran vs floyd isnt 50/50, more like 60/40 for duran, he was a monster at that weight, even moreso than floyd.

You and I saw different things in that fight then because i saw Floyd beat Hatton at his own game. To me Floyd dominated that fight in a way that was not expected. It is no big deal though sometimes people see the same thing and draw completely different conclusions
