Where did I say they couldnt punch? I said they werent big power punchers like the 3 I mentioned. You clearly dont understand the difference.
John Ruiz isnt much of a puncher at heavyweighteither and is extremely less talented than any of those guys. Roy picked the weakest champ to get a belt. Thats not trying to diminish what he did, its just the case. No way he'd last more than a few rounds with Lewis.
Who said a thing about anyone Welsh? Seriously.......wipe the blood out your ****Comment

Dude
If Roy Jones had a weak chin even in his prime IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CRACKED.
Again.
You don't take punches at heavyweight and have a weak chin..
C'mon now guy...damn.Comment

He really didn't avoid those guys.
Terry Norris was just bad timing, Julian Jackson didn't want any of Jones, McClellan was supposed to fight Jones after Benn but we all know what happened there, Benn was willing to fight Jones a few years before the McClellan fight but I don't think he really wanted Jones afterwards, a Tyson deal just couldn't be reached. Lennox Lewis is a crazy fight.
And Jones could take a decent shot when he was younger, he got hit flush by Griffin and went nowhere, he got hit flush by Ruiz and went nowhere so that isn't a man with a glass chin.Comment

If his chin was not his biggest weakness then what was? I am not criticising him just saying that I think it has always been a little suspect.Comment

His biggest weakness was needles. That is why he took steroid drugs in pill form,if he didn't fear the needle he would of never been knocked out by Tarver beause he would of injected it straight into his blood stream.Comment

Roy shouldve just stayed at heavyweight and gotten knocked out by Lennox Lewis. It would have done wonders for his career, and I aint being sarcastic. past prime or not, its more embarressing to lose at LHW against Tarver than against Lennox at HW.Comment
