      Man u guys need to get a life. you are all content just to talk about the same subject allday everyday. It's really quite sad. Rather than spending your life critising the achievements of someone else you shoud go out and achieve something yourselfs

          That would have been the Bika fight, a tuneup against an opponent who would raise Calzaghe's American profile a bit. The way Pavlik was perceived back then I can very easily imagine his name coming into discussions for that fight.

              Pavlik wasn't really known back then so it doesn't make sense, it wouldn't have enhanced his profile in the States one bit. Pavlik had just beaten Zuniga at that point and hadn't even fought McKart yet. I don't even think Pavlik had fought on HBO or Showtime yet at that point.

                  Wouldn't that fight reinforce that statement? Know one could of seen Pavliks potential at that time.He was an underdog in both the Taylor and Miranda fights and didn't have one stand out name on his resume during that period.

                    I like Kelly pavlic hes great to watch but To be honest hes only got one name worth a sqwert of piss on his resume anyway !
