Traingle theories dont work though. Styles make fights.

And Pavlik's style is tailor made for Joe.
I don't think you can make this statement given the evidence available. I am a Kessler fan and prefer him over Kelly but I think this statement is unfounded.

Some nice predictable posts along the lines of ducking here. Grow up kids, he's said he'll most likely retire for ages, get over it. He can't keep going indefinitely, they'll be another guy after Pavlik it never ends.

Kessler is better than Pavlik he's right. A poll on here as to whom most likely to beat Kelly out of Mikkel, Abraham and Hops, Kessler clearly won. Previous most favored him to beat Pavlik. This is without much exposure. Sorry but Pavlik would lose to Calzaghe, it's just a matter of if Calzaghe gives in to the pressure to "prove" one more time he's #1 which he has done, needn't forever indefinitely. Chill ppl.

Its an opinion and I think most people who know the game can see that Kessler has more strings to his bow.

After Pavlik it would be Dawson or Tarver who Joe is ducking. Whichever one wins their fight.

Please explain to me the fights you have watched and what you saw in them that led you to arrive at this conclusion. The way I see it he has never been bothered in any of his wins and has managed to jus use his big weapons to beat all of his opponents with the exception of Calzaghe, who presented him with challenges that he was not able to overcome. I am not saying that Kelly is not also quite one dimensional but I certainly would be hesitant in saying that Kessler has "more strings to his bow".

What a ****ing joke! Kessler was never a top 10 P4P fighter and has never beaten a top 10 P4P fighter. Pavlik has a much more impressive resume and he's going to beat Hopkins impressively, unlike Calzaghe...

It should be noted Calzaghe has always planned to retire after 46, he's been giving us a 5 fight countdown 4 frigging years ago! Mikkel Kessler, Bernard Hopkins and Roy Jones Jr isn't bad as you're last 3 opponents. Two greats from this era and a young lion who could be a great in the next.

Kessler has shown that he's a one dimensional fighter. He's a solid boxer with a good jab that he follows up with a right hand. Once Calzaghe took that away, he had no plan B. Pavlik is a solid boxer who can also **** on the inside and he has one-punch KO power...

Calzaghe can talk all he wants, bottom line: he is ducking Pavlik and he knows it. Notice how he doesn't say Hopkins is better than Kelly because he knows Kelly is going to dust BHop. He will never fight Kelly when he can fight washed up guys like RJJ for more money. Calzaghe is a bum for talking this nonsense, that pitty pat **** he brings won't do anything against the Ghost.
