You guys are missing the Point,

Here is the Question I am asking anybody reading This:

What was the first thought or topic that Came in your head that you thought was the conses around boxing after the cotto/Margarito Fight?

What I notice right After The Cotto/Margarito Fight.

Was How People really started to unknowingly appreciate Mayweather skill,Class, and greatness even more.

For example, Even when Margarito is at the Height of his career with his win over cotto. People could not just let it be Margarito's Night.

The very first Question was Could he beat Floyd...?

    And then the arguments began....

Think about that, Even at the Highest Point in Margarito's Career when he has basically become ruler of the WW division, he is still look at as number 2 in people's eyes compare to Floyd and so is every other boxer in Floyd's Generation.

You can not say who is the greatest Fighter in the past 25 years Without Mentioning Floyd and be taken seriously. Amazing right?

You guys what does that tell you from a naked perspective as a human being about the importance of Floyd....

    I have said this before

It's like THIS,you got Floyd who has risen to the status of running the whole sport of boxing. He has been knocking out and beating all the previous fighters to challenge him. And Now he runs the sport. He is now been sitting fat, and making WAY TOO MUCH money, and really talking **** to anybody who would listen. He has set his aura of invincibility So High that People now want to see him beat at all cost and in effect they have given Floyd status that even some legendary fighters never gotten.

Floyd has become what he always wanted to be.

A Legend while still capable of being active and young

I didn't make that up, that is right off the broadcast read it and then watch a replay of it. Its right there in black and white. If I missed a word or two okay my bad but I didn't add any words thats for sure. Kellerman doesn't believe Floyd is going to beat Margarito if his heart isn't in the fight game.

People...lets not make a mountain out of a mole hill. Kellerman called out Mayweather..So what!! As you all know I am no Mayweather fan, and Kellerman is correct. However, many are blowing this way out of proportion. Just because Kellerman thinks, hmmm whatever he thinks, (as he said that others around the nation thinks mayweather is ducking Margerito) does not really mean anything..It is a opinion...OPINION>

Even though Margerito had a tremendous showing, he IMO has a very small chance vs Mayweather. Very small. Mayweather would literally box Margerito head off. His straight ahead wear a fighter down style, would mean nothing versus Mayweather who is the best condition, hardest to hit, and a fighter who is use to boxing, counterpunching, moving laterally and this (if you all saw the cotto-margerito fight) was super effective and Cotto has nothing in the boxing compartment anywhere near a Mayweather. The way he was able to hit margerito coming in with what ever he wanted, and move away has to show you all a blue print for what Mayweather does all day every day.

No Mayweather will not hurt Margerito, but no on will. Hurting Margo is not the path to success, it is boxing him, getting him frusterated, being able to catch him coming in with counters and moving away and not getting hit. Does that spell MAYWEATHER......

So even thought I am not a Mayweather fan, he beats Margo, as styles makes fights, and Mayweather has the perfect style to box mayweather to death, and yes win a boring fight....10 times out of 10.

I guarantee you if the where to fight, Kellerman, everyone would be drumming up the fight, but not one of them would put a dime on margo...not a dime. They all know after seeing how easily cotto was able to outbox, Margo that it would be a long frusterating night for Margo.

Minor note: Did anyone catch Max's microphone visibly trembling as he went on that Mayweather rant? I laughed so hard when I saw that, it was like he was petrified of verbally bashing one of his favorite fighters. Go ahead, those who have it Tivo'D or DVR'd go on and check it. His microphone was trembling...

No, I watched it twice, he never said "Floyd cant beat Margarito." He said that other people were saying that. I cant stand Floyd and would be cheering for Margarito, but Floyd would pot shot him to an easy UD.

I saw that as well! Then when he was done he calmed down. But yeah, he was nervous for some reason when he said all of that.

Mayweather did very well at the lower weights where he had a ridiculous reach advantage over nearly every opponent he fought. But when he began to move up to his natural weight fighting guys his size, he really began to cherry-pick his fights, and tip-toed around the toughest fights.

He retired with a lot of questions unanswered, a lot of prime, hungry dangerous fighters calling his name. His toughest fights were ahead of him. That will pretty much be his legacy.
Floyd won a Title at 154..Tony couldn't even beat Santos at Jr Middle.

Tony could have EASILLY fought Floyd

ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS CANCEL THE MANUEL GOMEZ FIGHT
