regardless of whether what max said is true or not, this has now become the general consensus in the casual circut. Floyd is being looked upon as a cherry picker by people who dont know any better. even if it is true or not.

Kellerman didnt say that Floyd cant beat Margarito, he said that he has not cemented his legacy at WW until he beats THE welterweight champ Margarito.
Kellerman indicated that Floyd has proved nothing at WW. Besides outhuslting Zab, what the *** did he do at WW? NOTHING.
Im not saying that Margarito can beat Floyd, but in order to say that "he has nothing to prove" he needs to beat a legit WW, and that would be Margarito.
IMO, Cotto would be a more difficult fight for Mayweather than Margarito. Styles make fights and Cotto's style is a nightmare for Mayweather, but Floyd needs to fight Margarito to cement his legacy.Comment

Allucard......Come on bro that is weak, and it is this constant using racism as a hopeful bailout to every issue or barrier the contronts a black man, that is what is getting old..Of all fighting sports none is so much about race than boxing. It's fun to an extent too. One should not be afraid to speak about race and others, not knowing other races leads to ignorance and hate, and yes allot of Floyd's hatred is about race. He is not the nicest person, but if he was white he would be seen as bold, daring, cool, brave, you know what i mean. It's like in the movies, black actors who act as supporting characters are hugely sucessful and loved by all. But black superheros don't do so well, specially if they are not Ghandi. It's kinda natural, i don't blame anyone. Myweather avoided the best at WW because he doesn't feel he belongs there. Oscar towered Mayweather. Ask yourself, would Cotto or Margarito go up to middleweight, win tittles there and stay there? How long and how good of an indicator would that be? The great ones you mentioned ended up having some losses on their resume which didn't mean anything, like old Robbinson at middleweight but Mayweathr chose not to do so. He feels he's done great and he even helped boxing's promotions with the DLH fight, dancing with the stars, WWE. He actually helped boxing. You can thank Aurm, King, Warner and the other pimps boxing's current condition. Bad matchmaking and milking out fighters like Cotto who clearly had shown vulnerabilities in his greatest fights just so they can make them a couple more millions, didn't help to. Now the best resort HBO can think of is trying to lure Mayweather out of retirement. I have no doubts the Kellerman callout was scripted. They are desperate because they know a fighter with 5 losses won't sell to the general dumb public and they need a star. Had they treated some of their real stars right, they might have had something.
Mayweathers hatred is not about race....Leonard was black, Jones was black, DLH latino, Pacquio philippino, etc.....Leonard and DLH have had much more public interest adoration than Myweather has ever dreamed of. The reason why people hate Mayweather and not either of these two ( some ended up disliking leonard towards the end of his career) is because of his unwarranted bragging nonstop attitude, flashing money around etc.... That is why many hate Mayweather. Then on top of that, he is not exactly your most entertaining fighter, so many want him to get a ass whipping.
The rest of your post is plain ignorant, and shows a lack of boxing IQ. Did you not know that DLH started out at below 130 as well? He was not a natural middle or jr middle. Yes Mayweather moved up successfully, but so did many many many others. Leoanrd, Pacquio, duran, Jones, DlH, Mosley,,,the list goes on and on. Also, you should never,,EVER bring Robinson and Mayweather name up in the same sentence. Robinosn fough everyone at middleweight and beat everyone...Robinsoon also started fighting at `130. Mayweather has successfully moved up but has clealry avoided the best at 147 and 154. That is why many are hating on Mayweather now. Robinson beat all time top fighters at 147 and 160.....Check yoiur facts.....
As for Black Actors, Musicians, Sports legends....Denzel Halle Barry, Michael jackon, (his demise is his own doing), Michael Jordan, Tiger Woods....the list goes on and on..
I suggest you review Mayweather and his hatred on how he carries himself, his unprofessional family and attitue.... You judge how he is ultimately reviewed based on how the other greats of all time carry themselves, and how they did not duck the best fighters when they were 31 and then retire not for a injury but because he says his legacy is cemented.
