Hatton @ 140 would have easily gone more than 5 rounds with Cotto.

Think of who went the distance with Miguel @ 140.

Paulie and Lovemore both did it.

          Hatton could have.
A pre-Mayweather version of Hatton gives all jr. welterweights and some welterweights a long hard fight because of that ugly ass but effective style.

Mayweather broke Hatton down and nullified his bullyboy inside threat in a way no other fighter had done before.

Don't just assume a way less versatile Cotto could have done the same.

The outcome of La Battalia have already shown how much of his so called aura was pure hype.

Cotto needs space,Hatton wont give him.The reason Floyd beat Hatton is coz Floyd is a better inside fighter but Cotto wont be able to cope with that style of Hatton.People talk about Margaritto as a stalker,Hatton does it at a faster pace.Hatton at his best he keeps coming,he grabs your hand, you cant punch him,you try tolet go he gives you one to the body,he keeps doing the same thing.

                Cotto would quit.

Styles make fight's, Hatton would stand there and **** - thus getting his ass kicked by the bigger more powerful and faster Cotto. I see Hatton's face covered in blood by the 2nd round, out on his feet in the 3rd and canvas 4th.

Didn't you pick Hatton to beat Mayweather?

                    Shut the **** up.

Since when is that an effective argument?

Cotto would have needed to be able to use that power.

Kosta Tsyu could punch,he made Judah do a chicken dance, the problem is like Cotto he needed space to launch his shots.Hatton didnt give him,Hatton closed the space and damaged Kosta's body. That slowly took Kosta's power, his punches couldnt put a dent on Hatton. What else could Kosta do in those circumstances,he just sat on his stool and refused to fight.

                      Does this sound familiar?
