Calzaghe's record is a hyped up joke he has never been stopped because his best win was against 43 year old Hopkins, and even then the KO potential was there.
Calzaghe's record is made up of european bums, it wasn't hard to craft an undefeated record. He's just like Hatton, only Hatton doesn't duck as much as Calzaghe, he actually had the balls to fight the best (Mayweather).Comment

Toney was no Gerald McClellan or Julian Jackson and Calzaghe has been hit by harder punchers than Toney in his career and stayed on his feet ,i dont see Hopkins making an impression eitherComment

he's not a hater, he's got his head on straight - unlike you.

Very difficult while Pacquiao is around, who may still go on to beat Hatton at yet another weight class, and even if the laws of physics and biology are overturned for the day, De La Hoya still higher.
However, lets say he beats Jones easily and then goes on to beat Pavlik as well or better than he did Kessler. After that the only real fights for him are Dawson, Tarver and maybe Taylor. If he were to beat say two of these, definitely including Dawson then I think he might have a case irrespective of what Pacquiao does. He would be undefeated in a long career, having been the best in his division during his prime, and would have stuck around into old age to beat the next generation at his own weightclass and above. Almost literally no boxer would have done that in their career without suffering a loss, and I feel it would have to be recognised.Comment

Hopkins would Probably knock out Calzaghe.
Gerald McClellan would probably kill Calzaghe, Calzaghe wouldn't hurt him and McClellan, one of the hardest middleweight punchers - would probably break Calzaghes ribs.
Even Taylor would beat him, I don't see how you think Calzaghe is so great, his one test he almost failed.
