Offer Pacquiao one million more than DLH does at a catch weight of 165 and dominate him to win it in a head on match.

In all seriousness, his victory over Jones won't do too much for him but a fight with Pavlik and maybe the winner of Dawson/Tarver (or the best light heavy when he gets there) would do that for him. That is unless Pacquiao beats DLH at 154 and then moves back down to 140 to get a title, then there is nothing he can do.
