Actually I dont even think Lacy is shot. The fighter I saw in the first 5 rounds against Mendoza was the fighter I knew from before the Calzaghe fight.

See let me tell you all something. I am someone who followed Taylor from Day 1. I hated when people would just dog him and call him a fraud. From day one I kept saying that he would be the guy that would break Hopkins...and he did it twice. Then he started fighting other guys and I stuck with him through it all. I was still a fan even after he lost to Pavlik twice. I thought maybe he needed to take an easy fight first but not so easy fight to ease his way back to a title fight...but then I hear that he has a chance to fight for the WBC title. Now I know this day and age it is all about the money...but why not fight for the title and then go fight for the money....NOPE...he wants to fight for the money...ok so who are we going to fight.............JEFFERY ATKINS LACY........ARE U KIDDING ME. This is coming from a Jermaine Slappy. I am very disappointed in him right now. I was hoping that Lacy lost that fight so he could fight Froch...but NO....the judges had to give it to him. I thought it was a draw myself but who wants to see this mess...Certainly not me. I am officially placing JT on probation. I don't want to see this fight and I wish HBO would wake up and say no.
