What Do These Numbers Have In Common: 334 And 337

Dude you failed and missed the point, of course boxing is different from basketball, their two totally different sports. The point is, which was very obvious to all except you overprocessing was, that Margarito needs to throw many punches to score, just like a volume shooter who isnt as accurate as a more efficient scorer.Missing punches and boxing and missing shots in basketball have nothing in common. A boxer who throws a large volume of punches keeps his opponent on the defensive. Missing shots in b-ball more often than not gives the other team possession of the ball. I'll repeat, it is an idiotic comparison. People who rely on punch stats are usually those who don't really know how to watch fights. They are counted by a person, and aren't nearly as accurate as tabulating basketball stats. You can call those numbers "factual". It's no more accurate than you claiming that you aren't dissing Margarito when this thread is obviously dedicated to exactly that.

If you think Dawson landed a whole heck of a lot then you might not be watchng closely, I kinda thought that too watching live, watching a second and many more times I saw the great defense Glen was employing.Comment

Early in the fight I saw Dawson landing plenty. Sure Johnson was blocking some but I still felt Dawson was getting a fair bit through. He definately landed enough to win the fight IMO.Comment
