Yeah, this is definitely the risk when you fight Hopkins. I think Pavlik will win but I can't see him looking good while doing it. I would be very impressed if he can KO Hopkins though.

That's about the only way Pavlik comes out of the fight looking good, or gets even the tiniest bit of credit, and that is extremely unlikely. I would avoid Hopkins like the plague if I was Kelly.

My thoughts exactly. When is the last time Hopkins was in an exciting fight. I think Kelly Pavlik is a very good fighter but some people make him out to be the second coming. While I agree that he is tough and very good, he is still beatable. Getting back to a proposed Hopkins fight, this will be one big grapple match courtesy of B-Hop. I can't see this fight being worth it's salt.Pavlik needs to turn his attention to Abraham. Pavlik is getting a free pass while Jermaine took a beating (pun intended) by the media for fighting lesser caliber opponents(granted he struggled) after he took on B-Hop. I think Pavlik should be pressured to fight Abraham and no more Gary Locketts or even Paul Williams, a welterweight. Margarito being the measuring stick for Paul Williams, Margarito is a tough S.O.B and got to Williams quite a lot. Pavlik is bigger and just as tough an S.O.B with an even stronger punch.
