I bet everything I got that you are absolutely wrong. He ain't gettin beat by this Hopkins, man. No way. Not possible with the difference in workrates. Kelly ain't gettin decisioned. And Hopkins ain't knocking the kid out if Taylor couldn't or Miranda couldnt. Abraham is the biggest KO threat Kelly could face right now.

Dude, Pavlik got knocked down in the first taylor fight and barely made it back up.If he brings that glass chin to the ring against Bhop he will get put to sleep.Yeah even this Bhop.Oldman Hopkins could put Pavlik to sleep.Your forgetting something calzaghe won by a split decision against Oldman Hopkins.I felt the fight was even closer than the last judge scored it.But anyways it doesnt matter a win was a win right?

As long as he beats Hopkins and then goes on to unify with Abraham in '09 I'm fine with it. Pavlik is emerging as the best American fighter in the world and beating Hopkins who was once considered just that would help his mainstream exposure

With that being said, this is going to be a very difficult fight for two reasons.
          1) He is moving up 15 Pounds!
          2) Hopkins can make anybody look bad in that ring. Headbutts, clinches, and psychological warfare might break down Kelly who's not use to those dirty tactics.
I still think Kelly will decision Hopkins but he might have some trouble.

I think Pavliks camp wants Calzaghe real bad and stopping Bhop is a good way to put the heat on Joe , if its ok for Joe to chase money then whats wrong with Kelly doing the same , I still think this is more about Kelly forcing a Calzaghe fight .

Lets get this straight I'm not saying HOPKINS will win. I'm saying.....Pavlik is taking alot of risk here.People count bernard out when he lost a split decision to Calzaghe.Bhop has exp,he's dirty and Pavlik could have a glass chin(He beat taylor twice and miranda, yes impressive but I do remember taylor in the first fight almost ko'ing Pavlik early thats all I'm saying). Hopkins will be the roughest fight of Pavliks career. ALL I'm saying is the risk isnt worth the reward for Pavlik+15 pounds.....cmon doesnt take a genius to figure this out.

Think about it Bhop has nothing to lose .Pavlik has everything to lose .the risk isnt worth the reward here for Pavlik. But who knows.........

I'm not a fan of Pavlik but I give him respect for beating Taylor twice.

I hope bernard knocks this guy out and gets a rematch against Calzaghe. But I know this would never happen..(The calzaghe match that is)

Am I the only one who read the article? It's gonna be at 170, not 175. I think that is a huge difference in Kelly's favor here.
