come on man, i know who you are, you had the same avatar for ages, you are one of the best posters here. i know you arent putting his career down, im just discussing it because i just thought about it right now, 140 has ****** though, real talk, no real unifications, no real marquee fights, just alot of crap. Even Hatton/Malignaggi doesnt really excite me, as it feels like all of the elites of the division have basically left.I'm not putting PBF's 140lbs career down. Do a post search on me, I have defended it for ages. He went after Gatti (which put his mainstream exposure on another level) saw he couldn't get the 2 big fights and went for bigger WW money.
LOL @ Live Dog.........who are you? I dont even remember reading any worth while post from you.Comment

Basically, your right its a weak division and has traditionally been so. But my general point on Cotto at jrWW was that none of the top jrWW's were fighting each other, he was not unique in that.come on man, i know who you are, you had the same avatar for ages, you are one of the best posters here. i know you arent putting his career down, im just discussing it because i just thought about it right now, 140 has ****** though, real talk, no real unifications, no real marquee fights, just alot of crap. Is Cotto's career if he retired today super impressive no. But for a young fighter just coming into his prime at 27 now it is impressive. I mean you can find better but its pretty damn good at this stage with him apparently going in the right direction against the top opponents in his weight class. I have no doubt that if Cotto wins and stays at WW he will seek fights against Berto, Williams and Clottey/Judah winner.Comment

From the fights I've seen of him, which is not terribly much, I think Cotto is pretty damn good and fun to watch...I thought the mosley and torres fights were good wins...I would say the judah one too had cotto not ko'd zab's nutsack...that seemed to take the starch right out of him...Comment

shane is still good but he isn't great shane anymore.
if you believe so strongly in cotto how much points are you willing to put up?
i've had 2 guys back out and cancel their bets on cotto already.
