Basically, your right its a weak division and has traditionally been so. But my general point on Cotto at jrWW was that none of the top jrWW's were fighting each other, he was not unique in that.

Is Cotto's career if he retired today super impressive no. But for a young fighter just coming into his prime at 27 now it is impressive. I mean you can find better but its pretty damn good at this stage with him apparently going in the right direction against the top opponents in his weight class. I have no doubt that if Cotto wins and stays at WW he will seek fights against Berto, Williams and Clottey/Judah winner.

From the fights I've seen of him, which is not terribly much, I think Cotto is pretty damn good and fun to watch...I thought the mosley and torres fights were good wins...I would say the judah one too had cotto not ko'd zab's nutsack...that seemed to take the starch right out of him...
