Lewis was definately hurt, and wobbling when the ref waved it off, but he was up at 6 and I think deserved to be given the chance to continue even if only for another 10 seconds.

No-one would have complained if the ref had stopped Holmes in the first Shavers fight and had that been stopped how many would have thought Holmes would weather the storm and come back to win.

Maybe I'm just saying this because Lewis is one of my favourite fighters and still find it hard to take that he got beat by McCall. Likely outcome had it continued is he got beat but I believe even though his legs were wobbling he had it togeather in his head and could of held on and moved away to survive and eventually win. But maybe I'm being biased to one of my favourite fighters.
do u consider the Eubank v Benn stoppage premature then?

That's different though, Benn was reeling across the ring, his arms were down and his eyes were glassy.

do u get to see Lennox eyes from the camera angle though cause i have a version where the camera is behind Lewis and the referee when the fight is stopped

I think Katsidis was gonna get finished anyway, but he deserved a few more seconds to fight back against Casa. Same wit Corley against Cotto.

The initial camera view was from behind Lewis, I saw his face on one of the replay angles and Lewis immediately protested so he had his faculties.

im inclined to agree with about Benn v Eubank u are dead right cause when i think about it now Benn was not defending himself

the Lewis fight though im not sure though cause his legs were betraying him slightly when he got up ,i agree it was premature that Lewis should probably have been allowed to have another 20 seconds

As I said, it was a judgment call from the referee, he could have let it go on or he could have stopped it because of Lewis' legs.

lol Lewis was lucky the ref did stop it or he could have ended up like Berbick or Judah doing the chiken dance or sprawling across the ring trying to find his legs unsuccessfully
