your going to see cortez not like maybe do something that was wrong what we'll see is him having a senior moment. it was fckg wierd. and that grazing glancing swipe soto tried to pull back on when lorenzo took a knee didnt do no nothing! cortez should of gave soto one warning or taken a point then since lorenzo was on the canvas for more then 10 seconds fight should of been called soto ko!

It's a rough spot.

Was it a poor decision? Yes.

However, from Cortez's view he believed that punch was both behind the head and while his opponent was down... if he allowed the fight to continue and then he was injured, Cortez would've gotten his ass chewed out big-time. Bad result, but I understand where he's coming from in his actions.
