I mean Mexicans are some of the toughest in the game and I'd like to know what Mexican fighters have ducked/dodged other fighters. They fight any man anywhere for any price. Unlike the Americans who win one title fight then assume the world owes them a million dollar pay day. Juan Manuel Marquez for example went over to indonesia for 30k dollars. My memory could be messed up so please help me out and give me a name
Probably not... other than Oscar, I don't think I can name a Mex fighter who tried to work his way to a decision either.

can you show me proof that williams even offered margarito a rematch?? because i know the tijuana tornado wanted to do it again and still does to this day. and margarito is going to fight cotto so it's not a duck. damn your an idiot.
does it matter if they have fought before? if you turn down a fight with someone in your terms its not a duck if you already fought them or if you fight someone else for more money. Ducking to u is what your blind as wants it to be. Its never a duck unless its floyd ducking cotto or margarito. Wiliams camp offered margarito a rematch and they turned it down....And you call yourself a margarito fan and you didnt know that your contradict yourself you make yourself look foolish because margarito "ducks" cotto to fight pw, loses then "ducks" the rematch to fight for less money (cintron). In your terms its ducking if a fighter declines a fight to take another one for less money. MARGARITO DID THAT TWICE!! pendejo!!!!!

if you have the balls to step in the ring with a man then you cannot say its a duck if you dont rematch. so yeah pac dont have to fight jmm and williams dont need to fight margarito but they will do it if they are true warriors.

Ducking is not exactly exclusive to certain races.

Tell that to some of the posters here. To them, Mexican fighters can do no wrong.

Where should i start?? Barrera opted out of a Pacman rematch, went on a 4yr win streak pretending like he never got embarassed. He never once mentioned rematch with Pacman until he became a cash cow and the mandatory challenger for his belt

Barrera and Morales both ducked Marquez in their prime

Marquez ducked Joan Guzman who was his proposed title defense while Pacman was still in the legal dispute between Top rank and gbp. Going as far as telling his promoter "hell no we want rocky juarez"

the majority of ducks ive read were rematches. With all fighters that isnt really a duck. If you get an ass whipping why go get a rematch and risk taking another beating. If you win, beating or close your on to bigger and better things. Rematch is optional.

Generally, Mexican fighters aren't exactly cash cows themselves, so they aren't the ones who have the power to fight whoever they want.

Margarito, for example, is a good fighter, but isn't the guy who brings the cash in. He is happy to fight Cotto, or Williams or whoever... because they are bigger cash money fighters than Sebastien Lujan for example.

                      Maybe that is why?
