Because Randell fought Juan Coggi and the had to rematch him cause Coggi pretended to be hurt by an illegal punch. Basicaly Randell was caught up in the Coggi fights. King wanted Randell to pick up a title as he thought Randell was the goods.



Pernal Whitiker wanted Chavez to admit he lost before he'd accept a rematch with Chavez, which is what Chavez had asked Whitiker for.

Margarito actually took the fight with Williams cause there was more money, and at the time Arum had not even told Margarito how much he could make for a Cotto fight. Don't you think if he decided to come back in 2011, wouldn't there automatically be talks for him to fight whoever is on top at the time (whether that be Cotto, Williams or Margarito).
