they started fighting out of the 1. fc nuremberg (football club). my buddy trains there. but the normal training session is too crowded so I decided to train 15km away. a few of my training partners train where I train and fight sometimes for the 1. fc nuremberg.

about two months ago I guess, abraham and his brother visited their old boxing club in nuremberg and trained there.
one day later I saw them downtown nuremberg, where his black bmw X5 was parked, which says on the side door in big letters: "arthur abraham, mittelgewicht weltmeister im boxen" which means "arthur abraham, middleweight boxing champion."

Unfortunately I was informed too late to get there, but I've seen Alex fight in the Arena. You have been there? If so, what was your impression of the night?
I was a little dissapointed by Alex, Frenkel did well, Karo seemed to have lost a bit of his handspeed and his little brother's fight was too short and his opponent to bad to tell anything. Valuev was a disgrace, of course.

Boxing will always be dominated by north America. There is no doubt about it, I know all the UK kids are gonna come out and start saying american boxers suck. But, all of the superstar fighters come out of north america. By the way joe calzaghe not a superstar if anyone was gonna say it.

This is pretty much the opinion i have, although i started the thread i made sure i worded it to get other peoples opinions with explanations.
The American promoters need to sort out their acts though they treat their fighters so poorly compared to some of these European outfits. Also the same with the tv, you Americans really get ripped off completely the only fights i have to pay money to watch are Ricky Hatton fights which to be honest im not that bothered about.

What a load of rubbish, if you want to be like that to be 100% American you have to be descend from Native American blood.

Nice city Nuremberg, plenty of lovely old buildings, nice sausages and beer.
