I am from germany, even from the city, where abraham and his brother started boxing.
many german people know that most of "our" boxers weren't born here, but nearly nobody knows, that that their actual names, aren't the names they were born with.

the next funny thing is, that almost all really big fights are on free TV in germany, the fights last night, hopkings calzaghe, mayweather DLH and a few more.

it's impossible to overtake the usa in boxing as a small country (in comparison), but we got a few good boxers, who seem to enjoy it here in germany with the audience and the management. but the big money is in the states!
If you are not born in Germany, technically you are not "German." No other way around it. If I would've moved to to Britain at the age of five I would still not truly be British even if I had all the government documents.

          that is not true.

it doesn't matter where you're born. it doesn't matter where you spend the biggest part of your life.

if you are a nationalized german, you are german.

if you have a german ciitzenship, then it does'nt matter of which descent you are.

of course your pride can says that you have foreign blood, but that's not the official version.

Its all high quality fights and the boxers are well looked after, theres no promoters like Don King stealing money from everyone.
Theres plenty of arenas all over Germany and sell out for the well promoted shows put on.
Do you see Germany being the homeland of boxing in the 10 years?
German-born boxers are not taking over the world.

German-based boxing promotions might be on their way though.

To be 100% American, you must be born in America. It doesn't matter what papers you have. You must pop out of the vagina on American soil/German soil/British soil to be completely American/German/British.

That's funny, really. To be 100% American, you need citizenship and nothing more. There's no "must" when talking vaginas. Even if your mother's vagina is still in Iceland, you can be a US citizen.
