Germany sucks bad referees favourbale decisions corrupt promotorsWith the American boxers declining in numbers and Britain only have Joe Calzaghe for one more fight the mecca of boxing is surely looking to shift to Germany.
Its all high quality fights and the boxers are well looked after, theres no promoters like Don King stealing money from everyone.
Theres plenty of arenas all over Germany and sell out for the well promoted shows put on.
Do you see Germany being the homeland of boxing in the 10 years?
and overproctected fighters like Ottke etc
Germany is a disgracefull place for BoxingComment

Sturm is fighting a serious threat in October. And unless there is some corrupt judging, hes going to be stopped, and the belt isn't going to be in Germany. The WBA MW one that is.Comment

Germany will never be the homeland of Boxing, America will always be. The only other forseeable place is China considering there the two countries with the most money and population.
America will continue to be the mecca of boxing because English is the language of buisness and that's why a "foreign" country will never be the mecca of boxing. Britain still have Hatton (kinda), Calzaghe, Haye, and the super featherweight champion guy, Amir Khan (maybe).
America have Berto, Pavlik, Taylor, Lacy (hopefully he gets on form), Flores, Williams
Mexico have Margarito, Mijares, Solis, Vazquez, Marquez Brothers, Garcia, Ponce De Leon (if he can come back)
Puerto Rico Cotto, Lopez, Cintron, Collazo,
Asians (they don't have a great amount of fighters) have Pac-man, Donaire, John, Bautista, Hozumi Hasegawa, Naito.
Germany don't have Abraham I don't care if he's based in Germany he's not German he's Armenian and he wants to start fighting in America, Darchiniyan is also Armenian. Kessler is a Dane.Comment
