The way i see it is that the promoting in other countries is going to have to drastically improve or more and more fighters will sign up to the promoters who are doing a better job for their fighters.
Too true. In this increased era of globalisation, the tv networks for one are lagging on boxing coverage, promoting and exposure.

It's never been a matter to me of where the fighter came from. If he can fight, he can fight. I know this might be hard to believe coming from a fat yank.

Plus the fact HBO and showtime will constantly be putting their prices up, im sure the Americans wont pay top rates for average fights

Same thing happens with Quebec in Canada. They get foreing products that speak french like Ngoudjo, Bute, Diaconu, Pascal, etc.

Do you think that miranda should've taken the Pascal fight instead of Abraham. It would've been very big and a possible victory for Miranda.

Yer the industry kinda shoots itself in the foot in several area's, just a reluctance to open up and show more fights for lower prices, bitta clever promoting with it there'd get more custom from those using sopcast. Setanta has got more affordable n flexible, has decent boxing coverage, and is making things more competitive in the UK, steadily.
